Use a mild grease-cutting detergent such as Dawn or Ajax dishwashing liquid mixed with water and a natural or synthetic bristle scrub brush to help brighten the patio surface. NOTE: Never use a wire brush as it can leave rust stains and scratch the concrete surface.
Contrary to popular belief, you don't need any fancy products to clean a patio without a pressure washer. In fact, one of the most effective patio cleaning products is good old-fashioned washing-up liquid mixed with warm tap water.
Clean the patio floors.

Wash the balcony floor: Fill a bucket with hot water and add a small amount of soap — Oliveira recommends Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Liquid Soap. Mop the floor with the soapy water, paying particular attention to any areas with stains or stubborn dirt. Rinse the balcony with a hose or a bucket of clean water.
Vinegar is a perfect cleaning agent for patio furniture. It's natural, it's safe, and it's effective. It cleanses the furniture, kills moulds and prevents future growth of mould. Also, it can be used to clean virtually all types of patio furniture.
Mix equal parts water and vinegar and apply it to concrete. If this stain removal technique doesn't work, use 100% vinegar and scrub stains out. This solution can work on many surfaces, including car seats and hardwood floors.
On the other hand, baking soda is useful because it is slightly abrasive, which is excellent for the rough surfaces of paving slabs. When it is mixed with water, it can dissolve dirt and grease, and like vinegar, you'll only need a brush or broom when cleaning.

White vinegar is good for cleaning pavers, though it's also acidic enough to erode the stones' surface. Diluted vinegar can be used safely to clean paving stones, though it should be used sparingly and infrequently to protect your paving from damage.
Apply a Mild Dish Soap
Dish soap should be applied directly to what remains of the stain, and then left to sit for 10-15 minutes before it's hosed off. For tougher stains, a plastic bristle brush may be needed to lift the stain from the patio.
Mix Muriatic Acid with water in a plastic watering can.
You'll want to use, approximately, a light solution of a 12:1 ratio of water to acid, or 10 ounces of acid for every gallon of water. NOTE: In a standard two-gallon watering can add 1.8 gallons (236 ounces) of water and 20 ounces of acid.
