A professional should be able to repair this, no problem. The selling point of Corian is that it is a repairable material. The crack will need to be drilled and dremeled out. Color match epoxy applied. Dry time. Then sanded smooth. The sanding part can be tricky to match the existing areas wear and tear.
Corian Countertop Repair
The average cost to repair Corian countertops ranges from $150 to $750. Corian is a brand of solid surface countertops, and it is one of the toughest materials for your kitchen.
When your Corian countertops start looking like they need a refresh, you have two options: Refinishing them or replacing them. If you have semi-custom cabinets, you need to think more carefully about what you do so you can protect the investment you have made.
This material is designed to withstand everyday wear and tear and last for decades, usually up to 50 years, without the need for major repair or replacement. However, should it be damaged, the solid surface can be repaired in the event of minor damage.
In terms of durability, Corian tends to be more easily damaged by hot surfaces than natural stone. It's also more prone to scratches than surfaces like quartz and granite.
Wipe the countertop surface with the help of an ammonia-based spray cleaner or warm soapy water for minor residue buildups, or with an abrasive cleaner for heavier buildups. This will help to remove minor scratches, scorch marks, and very stubborn stains from the Corian countertop and will revitalize it.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry the surface. Applying Corian Polish: Apply a small amount of Corian polish to a soft cloth and buff the scratched area using gentle circular motions. This step will restore the shine and finish of the countertop.

Use a multi-surface cleaner such as Windex® Multi-Surface Disinfectant Cleaner to clean and shine countertops made of sealed granite, sealed marble, Corian®, Formica® and more. For a gentle clean that also works on a variety of surfaces, try Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner.
Fortunately, repairing chips in Corian solid surface countertops is relatively easy. One method involves using either an adhesive or a piece of similar color – even a remnant.
Keep nail polish remover, bleach, detergent, permanent markers or inks, and oil soaps away from your Corian® Quartz. Heat Damage Prevention - To maintain the beauty of Corian® Quartz, do not place hot skillets or roasting pans directly onto the surface.
Countertops can crack due to thermal stress caused by sudden temperature changes. Hot pots placed directly on the surface or exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations can contribute to cracking. Use heat-resistant pads and avoid abrupt temperature changes to protect your countertop.
Does epoxy bond to Corian®? Epoxy forms a very strong bond to Corian® and is a great adhesive to bond two pieces of Corian together. However, when it comes to installing a Corian fixture, counter, or sink, it is recommended to use a silicone material in case the Corian® fixture ever needs to be removed, or reset.
In many cases, Corian® sheet with veined pattern installations can be repaired successfully and in an inconspicuous manner by following the technique below. The templates should be pear-shaped as shown in Figure H-1. This shape gives the best results to match the random veining in veined sheet materials.

Corian and other solid surface materials are generally warranted for 10 years; but in practice, they can easily last 30 years or more. Scratches and burns—or simply the need to change styles—may eventually make you want to replace these countertops.
Do Not Use On Granite or Marble. If you have soft surface countertops like granite or marble, step away from the magic eraser. You can use them on laminate, Corian, quartz, and other solid surface countertops, but do a spot check.
Use a low-speed lambswool polisher and buff the entire surface with Corian polish, car polish or cutting compound, until the gloss is restored. Wash off any residual polish and wipe the countertop dry with a soft cloth.

With the surface still wet, start rubbing the scratched area with a lightly abrasive cleaning pad, using only a light touch. Be careful not to press too hard as you may cause deeper scratches. Rub across the scratch using straight-line motions. Every so often, switch the direction you're rubbing by ninety degrees.
Quartz is harder than Corian, making it less prone to scratches and dents.
